Refund policy

At JcbRacing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order and request a return.

Conditions: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging, including all supplied cables and accessories. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Important Exception: Custom-Made / Personalized Products

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

What this means for you: If you have ordered a custom 3D-printed enclosure or adapter, returns due to a change of mind cannot be accepted once production has started.

3. Defective Products or Order Errors

If your LED Dash arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect (electronic or 3D printing issue):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at Jcbracingstudios@gmail.com or through our contact form.
  • Please include clear photos showing the defect or issue.
  • If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs and either send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

4. Return Procedure

To request a return (applicable only to eligible non-custom products):

  1. Send a return request to [Your Contact Email Address] and include your order number.
  2. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal) within 7 to 10 business days.
